Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This is a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and upholding the standards of our establishment. Duties: - Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports - Conduct audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with night-time security measures, such as monitoring surveillance cameras and ensuring the safety of guests and property - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations Skills: - Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to accurately handle financial transactions and maintain records - Proficient in using computer systems, including hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts At our hotel, we value our employees' contributions and offer a competitive salary along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
