Spring Hill Behavioral is a growing, family-centered ABA practice providing in-home services and structured social skills groups. We are seeking a motivated and reliable RBT who enjoys both 1:1 work and group-based social learning.
This role is ideal for someone who wants a mix of environments and values meaningful, engaging work focused on communication, regulation, and real-life peer interaction—not just table-based programming.
What This Role Looks Like
- Provide 1:1 ABA services in-home
- Support and run structured social skills groups (classroom-style setting)
- Implement programs targeting:
- Communication
- Emotional regulation
- Peer interaction
- Collect data and collaborate closely with a BCBA (on-site support provided)
- Help create a positive, engaging, and well-structured environment for clients

Schedule

Qualifications
- RBT certification preferred (or experience in ABA, education, or childcare)
- Comfortable working with children in both 1:1 and small group settings
- Interest in social-emotional learning and peer interaction
- Reliable, consistent, and professional
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback
Compensation
- $26–$30/hour (based on experience)
