What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member (Full-time/Seasonal) position at Spring-Green Lawn Care?
Spring-Green Lawn Care, located north of Zumbrota, is looking for individuals to perform quality lawn care applications including fertilizer and weed control to our customer's lawns throughout SE MN, while providing excellent customer service.
Those whom appreciate physical activity, working independently in the outdoors, driving, problem solving, and whom are able to have genuine conversations with others would be great additions to our team.
Job Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Driving independently while proficiently and safely using GPS is required.
- General labor including working in the outdoors in heat and cold while doing the physical work of walking on uneven terrain, bending/lifting, sitting/standing, and must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
- ·Working 4, 10-hour days from 7 AM-5PM during weekdays, some Saturday work may be needed
- Pass the MDA Commercial Pesticide Applicator Test
- Willingness to provide clear communication to customers, along with respectful communication with management
- Active participation in weekly meetings with crew

Experience in lawn care, lawn mowing, lawn maintenance, and landscaping is helpful, not required.
