Responsibilities
- Show customers around the showroom floor and introduce our cabinet offerings.
- Handles clients and potential client questions over the phone, email, or in person, giving them the clear and correct information
- Receive the order from the customers by email. Enter & process the order in the system, forward orders to the warehouse, and book shipping for the orders. Follow up with the customers about their order status. Provide the excellent customer service until the order are fully completed.
- Answer phones and emails pertaining to cabinets, orders, shipments, and payments.
- Track orders in the warehouse and keep up with status updates.
Work Experience
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred

- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and patient listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Must be computer literate and be able to type efficiently.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish.
- Good with pressure and fast paced working environment.
Education
- Should have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Will take work experience and proven math, reading, and writing skills in lieu of formal education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
