What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Tech position at Spring Creek Rehab?
The primary goal of the Floor Technician is to maintain the facility floors, and to keep the floors aesthetically pleasing and free from harmful microorganisms.
Essential Functions:
- The floor technician is responsible for running equipment (floor buffer) to ensure the cleanliness of the facility. Responsibilities also include maintaining floors to ensure damage to floors are prevented. Floor technician also dust mops, strips, buffs and waxes floors, as assigned.
- Floor technician will work interchangeably with housekeeping, as needed and as directed by the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Supervisor.
