Whether you're assisting homeowners or landscape professionals, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience every day.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Process sales, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Verify customer orders before pickup.
- Help organize, stock, and receive inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors.
- Nursery, landscaping, or garden center experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
