Now Hiring: 1:1 Support Staff – Adult Day Program (Full-Time)
San Jose, CA | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
$22.00/hour | Entry-Level Friendly

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day
- Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility)
- Support participation in community outings (parks, stores, libraries)
- Implement behavior support plans and redirect as needed
- Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times
- Ride along during transportation to support the participant
What We’re Looking For:
- 18 years old
- Patient, dependable, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in caregiving or behavioral support (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Able to pass background check & Live Scan
