Spray-Fessional Painting is a growing painting company in the California Central Valley area and we are looking to add to our sales team.

We are growing faster than we expected and can't handle all of the business coming in - we are looking for someone to join our team who will raise the bar.

About the Position:

--In-home sales with homeowners looking to paint their home

--All of the leads are generated by the company, and all appointments are set by our office manager and marketing manager

--90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects

--10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks

--All training is provided and training is a never-ending focus

Compensation & Bonuses:

Bonuses: Commissions Paid Every 2 Weeks Based on Sales. 6% commission on total revenue sold.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience

Proven track record of success

Demonstrates a commitment to customers

Strong communication skills

Strong work ethic, ambitious

Self-motivated and results oriented

Ability to work independently

Experience in the painting or contracting industry is a plus but not required

A college degree in Business or related field is a plus but not required.
