This is a Remote Job.Job Summary:The Planning Project Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of production schedules across multiple manufacturing plants. This role ensures production efficiency, timely delivery, and effective resource utilization. The ideal candidate must have food manufacturing experience (no compromise) and be highly analytical, organized, and experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all supply chain commitments are met.Develop and maintain material strategies for all phases of business planning, advising Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams on capacity, timeframes, and order fulfillment.Ensure that proposed programs have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, and make/buy plans before execution.Lead supply chain program execution, including resource planning, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, and supplier performance.Develop and execute production plans and schedules to optimize efficiency, minimize lead times, and meet delivery requirements.Maintain capacity models for current and strategic planning.Lead project teams to execute projects according to established plans, adjusting to meet deadlines.
