This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery to minimize downtime while upholding strict food safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain production and processing machineryWork with hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems, motors, pumps, conveyors, and cooking equipmentDiagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issuesRead and interpret electrical schematics and technical manualsDevelop and perform preventive maintenance programsAccurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, and reportsFollow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety proceduresSupport setup, startup, adjustments, shutdowns, and equipment changeoversQualifications:Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of control systemsProven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manualsManufacturing or food production experience strongly preferredCommitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
