What you'll be doing
- Meet homeowners throughout the Columbus area
- Talk with people face to face and build relationships
- Identify homeowners who may need roofing or exterior services
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Work independently while staying connected with your team
- Learn sales, communication, and business development skills
- Compete, earn, and build toward your next promotion
What we're looking for
You don't need a college degree.
You don't need years of sales experience.
You don't need a perfect resume.
We're looking for people who are hungry, competitive, coachable, and willing to work.
If you've worked in construction, a warehouse, a restaurant, retail, hospitality, customer service, or any other people-facing environment, you may already have the skills we're looking for.
Sales experience? Great. You'll have the opportunity to move faster.
No sales experience? That's okay. We'll teach you the playbook.
