Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. As the Co-Founder, you will collaborate on developing and executing the company’s vision, strategy and fundraising. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, driving growth through marketing and sales initiatives, building partnerships, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a vibrant creative community. This role requires a hands-on approach, leadership skills, and a commitment to expanding the impact of Spotlight Creators.
