Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are pristine and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific requests, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas regularly.
• Manage janitorial tasks efficiently, including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, supporting overall cleanliness and organization of residential spaces.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to handle laundry processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; ability to operate commercial cleaning tools safely.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
