Commission Cleaning Technician (Independent Contractor)

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team under a commission-based structure. You’ll perform residential cleaning services, maintain excellent client communication, and uphold company standards.

If you bring in your own clients, you’ll earn a higher commission rate, and when your schedule is full, you’ll still earn passive commissions when referred clients are serviced by another team member.

·      Perform high-quality cleaning services according to company checklists and training standards

·      Follow health and safety protocols and use provided eco-friendly products

·      Communicate professionally with clients and management

·      Report damages, access issues, or schedule changes promptly

·      Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client homes

·      Uphold consistent results in line with our “homey meets luxury” standard

·      All cleaning supplies, tools, and protective gear

·      Paid training and performance evaluations

·      Scheduling, client management, and billing handled by the admin team

·      Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform repetitive motion cleaning tasks

·      Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

·      Company-assigned clients: 30–38% commission per job

·      Self-sourced clients: 45–50% commission per job

·      Overflow or referral jobs: 5–10% passive commission
