This role is highly hands-on and will play a key part in the wiring, assembly, and integration of electrical systems used in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent technical skills, and a passion for building high-quality, reliable products. The Wiring Technician will collaborate closely with engineers and production staff to support wiring harness fabrication, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives across our product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, route, and terminate wiring harnesses and electrical components according to engineering drawings and schematics.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and mechanical assembly documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support prototype builds, new product development, and ongoing production.
- Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with internal standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot wiring or component issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of wiring assemblies, modifications, and process changes.
- Ensure all work adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing processes and electrical design efficiency.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2 years of experience in wiring, electrical assembly, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Proficient in the use of wiring tools, crimping, soldering, and electrical test equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Full-time, in-office role Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
