Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for our software applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements review, design discussions, development, testing, release, and post-deployment validation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and ensure quality throughout the development process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis of software defects and provide detailed reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- Experience working with React applications
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment
- Experience with C or C# and exposure to Windows application development (Highly preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally
- This is a full-time, in-office position | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or working on a computer.
