Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain 3D printers, CNC routers, and light manufacturing equipment.
- Assist with the mechanical design of systems, focusing on functionality, durability, and manufacturability.
- Program and set up machines using simple programming tools, following SOPs.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to transform concepts into manufactured parts.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate process records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization.
- Uphold all safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment.
- Support R&D efforts to develop new assembly procedures or mechanisms that improve overall build efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Preferred or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing and CNC machining required.
- Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions, and SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing settings.
- This is a full-time, in-office position | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Ability to lift 15 pounds.
