New Construction Painting

From preparing surfaces to applying coatings with precision, you’ll help create stunning environments that stand the test of time. The start may be slow but depending on how dedicated you are, we are able to build you up to be efficient and on point and then be rewarded with great compensation.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, spackling, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
• Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, and scaffolding to apply paint, stain, or protective coatings on walls, ceilings, trim, stucco, masonry, and other surfaces
• Perform renovation work including restoration, remodeling, and fixture installation to enhance existing structures
• Apply specialty coating finishes such as satin, eggshell, flat, gloss, semi-gloss for specific project requirements

Skills

• Proven experience in construction painting with a focus on new builds and renovations
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and airless paint spraying equipment
• Familiarity with spackling, caulking, masking, and ladder management.
• Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and ability to work efficiently within a team environment

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
