Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation and cleaning
- Caulking gaps, cracks, and trim
- Spackling and patching drywall imperfections
- Sanding and surface preparation
- Taping floors, windows, trim, and other surfaces
- Basic masking and protection of work areas
- Operating power tools safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Following company quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Painting experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of caulking, spackling, masking, and prep work is a plus
- Ability to use power tools safely
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable and show up on time
Training

Pay
