Sportsman & Ski Haus in Kalispell is seeking a part -time or full-time archery expert/ Bow tech / hunting specialist to join our sales team. Previous experience with strong current product knowledge preferred. Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Part-time is 2-5 days/week 12 - 28 hours/week. Full-time is (4-5 days, 38-40 hrs/week). Must be available to work some evenings, weekends and holidays. Compensation: Full-time and Part-time available starting at $16.50-18/hr depending on prior experience and certifications and excellent benefits.

- Ensure sales floor readiness for customers to include restocking and assistance with new product arrivals to prepare for sale as needed

- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures
