Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the TOAST POS system
- Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during rushes
- Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible service
- Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
Pay: $11.41 - $18.00 per hour
