Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
• Handle To-Go or Catering Orders when needed.

Skills

• Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes is preferred, not required.
• Experience in the food industry or a bar setting is preferred, not required.
• Familiarity with POS system for efficient order processing is a plus, not required.
• Strong cash handling skills with an understanding of retail math for accurate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, enhancing customer engagement and upselling opportunities.
