- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-provided diagnostic tools.
- Communicate with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety standards.
- Keep up to date with latest automotive technologies and service bulletins.
- Document all services and repairs accurately in the service management system.
Requirements
- Certified Automotive Technician certification specific to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) vehicles.
- Proven experience working with CDJR brands preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
