Spokane Valley Ear, Nose, Throat & Facial Plastics is looking for a full time Medical Receptionist to join our team.Our Medical Receptionists are the first point of contact for all Patients and people presenting in our office, therefore they play a vital role to the company. The Medical Receptionist must be professional and positive at all times to ensure the patient experience is a pleasant one. The primary purpose of this position is to welcome patients and facilitate to their needs, by telephone, text message, secure message, or in person.We ask our Medical Receptionists to check patients in and out, schedule appointments, take phone messages, process incoming patient referrals, verify insurance information and various other duties. We are team oriented and cross train in all areas. We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently as well as part of a team and is able to perform many tasks while remaining calm and professional.
