SPMDesign seeks a full-time Graphic Production Specialist to join our team in Orange, CA. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with some remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and finalizing high-quality print and digital designs, preparing files for production, managing pre-press processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects meet creative and technical requirements. The candidate will play a key role in delivering visually compelling solutions aligned with client visions.
- Proficiency in Print Production and Pre-press processes, ensuring print-ready files of the highest quality
- Experience in Graphics and Graphic Design with a strong eye for detail and aesthetic composition
- Skill in Print Design, including knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles
- Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant design and production software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
