Who You Are

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work closely with veterinarians and technicians
• Enthusiasm: Passion for innovating and delivering best-in-class care whenever pets need it
• Organization & Efficiency: Detail-oriented, with a focus on productivity and clinic flow
• Bonus Points if you have:
• Experience in urgent or emergency care
  

What You’ll Do

• Client Support: Create a calm, reassuring experience so pet parents feel confident in their pets’ care
• Procedural Support: Assist doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe pet restraint
• Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized clinic for pets, clients, and the team
• Culture & Teamwork: Live Sploot’s core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture

• Competitive Base Pay: $20–$24/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays
