What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Radisson Blu Bellman position at SPLIT ROCK PARKING?
Split Rock Parking, located primarily in the Twin Cities is looking for a full time Bell Man/Doorman to join our hospitality team. We are also currently looking for valets to join our team at various different properties. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable and ready to work. We have multiple openings in Saint Paul, Minnesota & Eagan, Minnesota. Our portfolio consists of high-end hotels, Mall of America and upscale restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions visitors may have and provide suggestions as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for colleagues and visitors
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Checking in Guests with our provided devices in an efficient & professional manner.
- Assisting guests with luggage & ensuring a warm welcome when they arrive.
- Stowing guests' luggage and managing baggage drops.
- Excellent communication between front desk staff and valet management.
