Job Title: IT Resume Writer (Night Shift)
Location: Remote / Onsite
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Resume Writer who can create high-quality, ATS-friendly resumes for candidates in the IT industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a deep understanding of U.S. job market requirements, technical skill mapping, and resume optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Create, edit, and optimize resumes specifically for IT professionals (Developers, QA, Data, DevOps, Cloud, Support, etc.)
- Ensure all resumes are ATS-compliant (correct formatting, keyword optimization, role-based customization)
- Gather and understand candidate information through calls or chats
- Write strong professional summaries, achievements, and role descriptions
- Customize resumes according to different job descriptions
- Prepare cover letters (if required)
- Maintain high accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in every document
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output consistently
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in resume writing (IT domain preferred)
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal)
- Strong understanding of ATS software and U.S. hiring standards
- Ability to identify and implement the right keywords and skills from job descriptions
- Knowledge of formatting rules for ATS-friendly documents (no tables, design blocks, etc.)
- Ability to convert technical responsibilities into strong achievements and impact statements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable working during the night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
- Experience working with OPT, CPT, STEM, H-1B resumes (optional but beneficial)
- Understanding of IT roles, tools, technologies, and project environments
- Prior experience with U.S. job market or recruitment industry
- Flexible remote/onsite option
