What We're Looking For
While roles vary, we value candidates with:
- Experience in earthwork, heavy equipment operation (e.g., dozers, excavators, graders), mining, or construction.
- Knowledge of GPS systems
- Mechanics skilled in maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles and heavy equipment.
- CDL Drivers with a valid commercial driver’s license for transporting materials and equipment.
- General Laborers eager to support site operations with a strong work ethic.
- Supervisory personnel with field and/or shop experience in a heavy civil construction field.
- A safety-first mindset and ability to thrive in outdoor, hands-on environments.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a drive to deliver value-added solutions.
