Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of presses and machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor flexo presses to produce quality custom printed tape according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust equipment as necessary, including running the flexo machine.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during production
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions and quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Perform shipping Packaging duties as required.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in operating flexo / printing machine.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
