Bilingual Service Advisor – Automotive / Express Lube
Splash N’ Dash ExpressLube – Orlando, FL
Splash N’ Dash ExpressLube is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Service Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, is organized, has sales skills, and wants to grow in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Recommend maintenance services and additional products when appropriate
- Prepare estimates and explain services clearly to customers
- Coordinate vehicle flow with technicians
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
- Follow up with customers and help create an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications:
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Customer service experience required
- Sales experience preferred
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time Position
- $15.00 – $17.00 per hour based on experience
- Performance bonuses available

Schedule:
Monday – Saturday
Business Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
