Greenway Automotive Group is actively hiring Automotive Service Advisors for multiple dealerships in the Orlando area, including Kia, Hyundai, Dodge, and Ford locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates with customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Monitor repair orders from write-up through completion
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist with warranty and manufacturer service procedures
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic automotive knowledge required
- Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
