Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Manage reservations using hotel management systems such as Resnexus ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Address guest concerns promptly, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests while adhering to hotel emergency procedures.
- Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest safety protocols, and night audit procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Previous hotel experience in a front desk or hotel management role is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
