CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED DOG GROOMERS! Exciting opportunity for an experienced groomer to join our salon in Needham and help us grow into the neighborhood’s leading pet facility.

Job Role Requirements:

• 2 years experience as a groomer
• Light experience as a dog bather
• Ability to train new bathers
• Must be able to lift 40lbs unassisted
• Follow all safety procedures and the company's standards of quality
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Function as part of a team
• Ability to use POS computer system

Operations and Daily Duties:

Groomers will be proficient in all tasks, from bathing to drying, brushing, and grooming, and will be able to assist in any role as needed. Groomers will ensure that all dogs meet the company standards before exiting the system. Groomers understand that we are looking for consistent grooming looks and may be asked to modify their grooming style to accommodate that goal. Groomers must have a desire to continue to improve their skills. Groomers may be required to perform additional tasks such as bathing, drying, nail trims and cleaning, if necessary.

Open Hours are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour for groomer tips

Expected hours: 16– 24 per week for Part-time
