As a Liquid Measurement Technician, you will independently perform a full range of liquid measurement and proving activities while supporting safe, accurate, and efficient operations across field locations. You will operate a variety of liquid provers, conduct custody-transfer proving, perform sampling and analysis, troubleshoot measurement and automation equipment, and maintain meticulous documentation. In this critical technical role, accuracy and dependability directly impact operational success, customer trust, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do
- Operate various types of liquid provers and associated measurement equipment under limited supervision;
- Perform custody transfer and allocation proving to ensure accurate and compliant measurement results;
- Obtain spot and composite samples and safely handle, transport, and document hazardous and non-hazardous materials;
- Determine and record API gravity, sediment and water (S&W), and other required quality parameters;
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform root-cause analysis on measurement-related equipment and automation systems;
- Maintain tools, equipment, and test instruments in proper working condition;
- Complete assigned field tasks with minimal assistance and maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and dependability;
- Train new technicians on primary duties, safe work practices, and measurement fundamentals;
- Maintain accurate job tickets, documentation, and data records to support compliance and reporting requirements;
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and customer needs.

What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED; equivalent experience may be considered;
- Minimum 1–3 years of liquid measurement experience;
- Ability to maintain a DOT Certification and/or unrestricted CDL-A License as required;
- Good standing with OQSG qualifications CT039, CT271, and CT60;
- Ability to maintain required state measurement certifications and qualifications;
- Working knowledge of flow computer configuration software and field instrumentation;
- Proficiency in all Liquid Measurement Technician I tasks and SPL-defined Skillsets (1 Primary Task, 1 Ancillary Skill, 2 Added-Value Skills);
- Advanced knowledge of AGA, GPA, API, BLM, and state regulatory requirements related to liquid measurement.
- Full-time position with variable work hours depending on client and operational needs;
- Must be able to work extended shifts ranging from eight (8) to sixteen (16) hours per day;
- May be required to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays required;
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs;
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, and inclement environments;
- Regular daily local travel required with occasional overnight or out-of-town travel.
