Role Description
This full-time, on-site Paralegal position at Spiva Law is located in Savannah, GA. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, scheduling and coordinating with attorneys and clients, and providing administrative support. Additionally, the role involves maintaining detailed records, preparing trial materials, and ensuring that all legal procedures are followed accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal research, document drafting, and legal writing
- Experience in organizing and managing case files, records, and trial materials
- Proficiency in scheduling, coordinating, and administrative support tasks
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with personal injury law is a plus
- Proficiency with legal software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred)
- Paralegal certification and prior experience in a legal environment are highly desirable
