Job Description:
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client billing by preparing and sending out bills and resolving billing issues
- Schedule interviews, depositions and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining documents in filing systems, both paper and electronic
- Offering general administrative support
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least a year of experience working as a Legal assistant or with a similar role.
- Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work independently and adaptively when approaching unfamiliar tasks, fostering an environment of self-reliance and continual learning.
- Ability to work in a flexible and entrepreneurial environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Part time, flexible hours
