What You'll Do
- Operate machinery and process parts according to blueprints and production requirements
- Read and interpret prints, work assignments, and material specifications
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and hand tools
- Follow safety procedures and material handling practices
- Maintain production quality and efficiency standards
- Work with overhead cranes and various manufacturing equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and production routings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to use inspection gauges and measuring equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending and standing
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
