We currently have an opening on our talented Information Technology team, and are in need of a IT Support Technician Level II.
As an IT Support Technician Level II, you will be part of the helpdesk team and provide technical support throughout the global SPIROL organization. As IT-related issues and requests are escalated from Tier I, you'll flex your strong communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience for the SPIROL team.
We're looking for an individual with experience providing IT support, which includes deploying new hardware, troubleshooting printer and other peripheral issues, installing and configuring software, and supporting the Microsoft 365 platform. Experience can include internships.

This is an 100% on-site position in Stow, Ohio. Some travel to other SPIROL locations required, including sites outside of the USA.
