MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play an integral role in supporting our marketing team to bring our mission to life. Were excited to welcome someone whos fueled by curiosity, rooted in positivity, and ready to grow with us. Someone who brings curious, can-do energy and isnt afraid to think big or get hands-on.
This is a 6-month long, non-exempt, temporary position. Must be able to work at least 2 days per week in our Downtown LA offices and/or at on location photoshoots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on social media content and campaign ideas that align with our brand voice and seasonal initiatives
- Support content creation across channelsincluding capturing behind-the-scenes moments, producing short-form video, and conducting trend research
- Assist our Art Director in photoshoot prep and productionfrom pre-production sample coordination to helping on set
- Partner with our Community Manager to help coordinate and send influencer gifting, ensuring each package feels personal and on-brand
- Jump in where needed with a positive attitude and an eye for aesthetics
Qualifications:
- BA/AA program in one of the following fields: Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion or Media or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in a Marketing or Communications related Internship or Coordinator role.
- Highly organized and can keep track of a wide array of assets
- Strong collaborator and has the ability to partner with team members and communicate effectively
- Is in the know on social media trends and has the ability to pivot and provide suggestions on how to respond in a timely and on brand way
- Understanding of social media analytics
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-sufficient, go-getter attitude. Reliable and efficient. Thrives in a hands-off environment.
Compensation:
- $25-29/hour
- Temporary positions cannot exceed 6 months of service
- This role is not eligible for company benefits, aside from paid sick leave.
