SpiriTrust Lutheran in York, PA, is now hiring an IT Client Solutions Analyst! This position is a full-time hybrid position.
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: Associates degree, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, valid drivers license
Skill(s): Customer service, Excellent communication, Manage multiple simultaneous tasks, Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, Good understanding of Active directory, Ability to work alone
Experience: 1-5 years related, hands on experience
General Responsibilities:
The IT Solutions Analyst role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, servers, desktops, network electronics and peripherals throughout the organization. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software ensuring optimal workstation performance. This position will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required.
