Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader to help manage a sales team and recruit physician leaders into the Atlas Accord. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for individuals who thrive on purpose, performance, and the chance to be part of something bigger than themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with physicians who are leaders, innovators, and influencers.
- Present the Atlas Accord’s mission and guide candidates through the enrollment process.
- Use provided materials (one-sheeters, messaging guides, scripts) to communicate effectively.
- Manage outreach and maintain accurate records of conversations and enrollments.
- Contribute feedback to refine messaging and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, recruiting, or business development.
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with physicians and executives.
- Self-starter with the discipline to succeed in a commission-only structure.

Compensation
