Position: Outside Services Attendant
Spirit Hollow Golf Course is looking for friendly, reliable team members to help deliver the exceptional guest experience we’re known for. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a high‑energy golf operation, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Golf Cart Care
- Clean, detail, and stage carts for daily play
- Ensure carts are charged and ready
- Organize and store carts at the end of each day
Driving Range Operations
- Pick the driving range using provided equipment
- Maintain a clean, stocked range tee
- Refill range buckets throughout the day
Guest Service & Club Care
- Greet golfers with a positive, professional attitude
- Clean clubs before and after rounds
- Load/unload golf bags and assist with guest needs
- Support tournaments and special events
Facility Support
- Keep bag drop, cart barn, and work areas clean
- Report equipment issues to the golf professional staff
- Assist with additional golf operations tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Weekend/holiday availability preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
