Duties
- Operate beverage carts efficiently along designated golf course routes, ensuring timely service to players
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, cocktails, and soft drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with players, taking orders, and offering product recommendations
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure the beverage cart is fully stocked throughout the day
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and verify legal drinking age in compliance with local regulations
- Assist with light food service duties when needed, including serving snacks or light meals at the course or clubhouse
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or beverage service within a hospitality setting such as fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food industry preferred
- Strong time management skills to coordinate efficient service during busy periods
- Proven ability in sales and upselling beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate inventory management
- Knowledge of catering or banquet experience is a plus but not required
