The Global Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Analytics team is responsible for setting talent acquisition strategy, managing RPO employment operations and designing and developing HR analytics. We are looking for an individual to work in a team environment, who is customer focused, collaborative and successful at building relationships with assigned business customer, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to drive workforce planning strategies and talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The Global Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Analytics team is responsible for setting talent acquisition strategy, managing RPO employment operations and designing and developing HR analytics. We are looking for an individual to work in a team environment, who is customer focused, collaborative and successful at building relationships with assigned business customer, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to drive workforce planning strategies and talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and organizations to understand strategic business objectives and develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) provider to develop talent acquisition strategy, planning, and selection of hires.
- Partner with training and development team on strategies to support partnerships with technical learning institutions in development of talent pipelines.
- Develop and maintain working relationships in a matrix organization.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
- Recommend new practices, processes, metrics, and models.
- Develop and lead complex projects.
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but will serve in a lead capacity for different initiatives.

- Project Management experience

- Training in behavioral interviewing
- Experience in reporting and workforce analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
