Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to identify and address delinquent accounts.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience as a Collections Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using collection software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
