Position: Customer Service and Sales Associate
Location: 1362 W Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75050

What You'll Do:
- Greet customers, Assist with in-person sales, providing information and support to customers.
- Create and manage social media posts and product listings Daily basis.
- Respond to customer inquiries through social media and other online platforms. answer calls.
- Provide accurate information in-person, via phone, and email.
- Process bills and assist clients with any questions about their charges.
- Manage appointments with a welcoming attitude.
- Call customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish .
- Customer Service Sales Experience: At least 1 year (preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Sales Mindset: Hustler in sales, confident in upselling and promoting our products.
- Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage front desk operations smoothly while assisting with sales.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Location:
- In person at our Grand Prairie office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.50 - $17.20 per hour
