Job Overview

Join a us as a Sales & Customer Service Associate, a dynamic hybrid role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who can wear multiple hats—supporting walk-in customers, driving sales, and assisting with light design work.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our business—helping customers bring their ideas to life through signage, prints, and custom solutions. From closing deals to creating quick Canva mockups, your creativity and customer-first mindset will directly impact our growth and client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional, high-energy customer service (in-store, phone, and email)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right signage/printing solutions
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and help close sales
  • Upsell products and services to maximize order value
  • Create basic designs and mockups using Canva or Adobe for customer approvals
  • Assist with order coordination, ensuring accuracy from sale to production
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
  • Help manage incoming inquiries, walk-ins, and project timelines
  • Support team operations and jump in wherever needed (true hybrid role)

Requirements

  • Canva experience is REQUIRED (you’ll be creating quick customer mockups)
  • Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a PLUS
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and POS systems

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
