This role will focus on:

Overview
Gain hands-on experience across HR functions in a dynamic, multi-country business. Support the Americas HR team in projects that improve data integrity, operational efficiency, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate through HR specialties: People Analytics, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent & Succession Planning, Immigration, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Conduct data checks, file audits, and process documentation.
  • Maintain compliance and immigration records.
  • Organize job descriptions and employee files.
  • Assist with reporting, metrics, and workforce planning.
  • Support recruitment and talent planning activities.
  • Complete a project based on current HR priorities and present findings to leadership.

Learning & Support

  • Develop HR knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Use HR systems and tools (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
  • Weekly check-ins and ongoing coaching.
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions.

Candidate Profile

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Management, or related field.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets; strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, and a self-starter interested in process improvement.

This position offers a salary of 23 USD/hour. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
