This role will focus on:

Join our Accounting Operations Team as a Finance Assistant Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience across various accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and staff accounting. You’ll rotate through different roles, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of accounting operations within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Credit control activities
• AP three-way match and supplier invoice processing
• General journal entries
• Fixed assets management
• Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliation
  

Learning & Development Objectives

• Gain practical experience with core accounting principles and procedures
• Receive support and training from the Accounting Operations Manager, Assistant Controller, and a team of experienced finance professionals.
  

Candidate Profile

• Preferred Academic Background: Finance or Business major.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Problem-solving
• Analytical thinking
• Strong organizational skills

This position offers a salary of $24dls per hour. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
